Fast Service

Bought shoes on the 6th, paid 7$ for next day shipping, got my shoes on time.
The right shoes and size.

A small company for which only profit matters.
Customer satisfaction does not matter to them.
Don't be influenced by the reviews on their page.
I wanted to leave a negative review for my case and I noticed that they post on the site only the reviews that suit them, respectively only the positive ones.
My review has not been posted.
Very disappointed and in the future I will avoid buying from this seller.

No exchange or refund if the number does not match, all sales are final.

Pay attention to all details in page description.
All sales are final, no exchange or refund if something is not ok.
In my case I ordered a jacket size M.
I received the order but I can say that the number is rather S.
Don't be influenced by the reviews on their page.
I wanted to leave a negative review for my case and I noticed that they post on the site only the reviews that suit them, respectively only the positive ones.
My review has not been posted.
Very disappointed and in the future I will avoid buying from this seller.

Service Non Existent

Purchased items that in the reviews stated fit small so I bought a size up. This still wasn't large enough and the sizing is not even close to other manufacturers. With that said I just wanted to exchange for a larger size. The Last Hunt basically said 'too bad so sad'. Nothing we can do for you. Brutal customer service. I understand no returns as a policy but at least give the customer an exchange. Last Hunt, my Last Purchase! Good customers only stay for good retailers.

TERRIBLE customer service

TERRIBLE customer service. Says on item free shipping over $100. When asked to clarify, NO REPLY.
Absolutely disgraceful.
Will never look at this website again.
SCAMMERS, as are all retailers that won't accept returns. Just not done.

A little hiccup that was my fault in the end, regardless, The Last Hunt were polite, helpful, prompt and really helped solve my problem quickly and thoughtfully. They simply reinforced my faith in them as a business, and that's why I continue to use their services. Their products are described well, the delivery is rapid, but MOST importantly, their CUSTOMER SERVICE is first class.

Subpar customer service

Ordered 4 items and the one item that I really wanted ended up not being in stock so it was refunded. One of the remaining 3 was too big and when I asked I got a cold response that as per their policy they don't do exchanges. I've worked in customer service my whole life and I know there's always something that can be done to satisfy a customer so I found this off putting. Anyway, all in all, just a bad experience.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, ordered 8.5 US shoe size, recieved 10.5 US shoe size.
I sent them images of the box & shoes indicating the wrong size .
They haven't gotten back to me.
I have ordered 3000$ of products from them in the last 2 months and don't intend to make any purchases from them anymore.
The people who don't understand the negative reviews obviously got the products they ordered. I don't think they would be so positive once they experience getting the wrong size and being ignored by The Last Hunt.
I will be contacting my Credit Card and make a claim, unfortunately for The Last Hunt, I have proof of order and proof of receipt of the wrong size.

Ordered last 17th using the sezzle…

Took several days to ship but they shipped it anyways. I got the Item and is brand new. Excellent deal.

Highly recommend The Last Hunt

The Last Hunt is fantastic! I don't go anywhere else, why pay so much more anywhere else. We purchase top brand name gear for camping, hiking, snowboarding from them all the time with deep discounts, sometimes with their additional discount promotions for 15-30% off you get the best deals, we are talking jackets, backpacks, boots, shoes from The North Face, Adidas, Burton and so much more for over 50-70%. The list of brands are extensive. Here's the catch there is no returns or exchanges so you absolutely need to know what color and size you need. If I don't know what will fit I go to the actual stores and try the same item on to find out what size I need. Or go to that brand's website to do more research for gear like tents and other equipment. The same jacket in the store is regular price and you get can get in on Last Hunt for well over 50% most times. There is no phone number and the only customer service is through email or message them on their Facebook page which will get faster service. When you get a response, usually with in 24 hours they are extremely helpful and have always helped me to resolve. Of all the times I have ordered only once did I have a defective zipper on a jacket and I was able to ship back and return. All the gear is brand new in packaging.

The Last Hunt is a SCAM

The Last Hunt is a SCAM. Do not try to save a few bucks, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I placed an order ($153.30) with them, they shipped the order with the most expensive item ($95,20) missing. I contacted them minutes after receiving the package with the missing item, but they did not reply. I contacted them again 7 days later, but they kept ignoring me. They replied 22 days later only after I opened a DISPUTE WITH SEZZLE. Of course, they told me a series of BS in their e-mail pretending they were sorry for the delay. Then they came back and said the item was shipped with the package and they were opening an inquiry with Intelcom Express. Four days later, they got back to me and said Intelcom sent them a picture where they could see the item inside the package when it was delivered. I asked for the picture, but I am still waiting. If you don't want to be scammed, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Worst online experience

Online way to get to them is through email: I emailed on Dec. 26 and as of Jan 29 I am still waiting for the answer.
They say they ship the same day for free: wrong!
They provide you alink for an invalid tracking number that brings you back to the same page and they do not tell you what shipping company they use. And, yes, there a NO RETURNS
